The basis of production of interior doors are veneered doors of the MODERN and HIGH-TECH series.
These models are presented by six types of coatings from the Italian manufacturer: white paint, ivory, grey, walnut, dark oak, brown.
The basis of the canvas is a high quality euro beam, coniferous wood, stabilized with HDF board 3 mm thick, and ennobled with planed oak veneer 0.5 mm thick. The process of gluing veneer involves the use of hot melt adhesives that make it impossible to peel off the top layers and peel the veneer on the edge. Satin glass or three-dimensional incut made of two MDF boards and their combination act as internal filling of cloths. The technology of applying the dye to the raw material allows you to achieve a clearer and richer texture of the wood and the finish will reliably protect the product from mechanical damage and aggressive environments. A feature of the doors of this series is the prefabricated structure that provides for the replacement of any damaged part during operation, and the manufacture of canvases of non-standard sizes for customer needs.
