GEALAN S9000 HST

The GEALAN S9000 line has been fully developed and allows not only regular windows and doors but also the most complex structures, including lift-and-slide doors up to 6 meters in size and weighing up to 400 kg. In addition to the availability of innovative technical solutions, the S9000 system also reflects the latest industry trends: 82.5 mm profile width, three sealing contours, six internal chambers of the window frame and sash profile, the possibility of implementing a thick double-glazed unit up to 54 mm, achieving thermal insulation of 1.12 /W, and more. However, the real innovation is the unique features provided by the new product.

HST sliding doors are characterized by ease of operation. The door leaf rises when the handle is turned, stands on a roller and moves easily. Even a child can open and move the leaf mechanically, as the roller mechanism on the rails is perfectly balanced. One of the leaves in the system can be “deaf” (stationary), which also allows you to significantly save on the mechanism of the second leaf of the door.

Thanks to the technology of static gluing of glass into the PVC sash profile with adhesive tape (STV®), the rigidity of the glass unit is transferred to the sash, thereby making the entire structure more stable and without requiring steel reinforcement, and the sash does not sag. This makes it possible to produce structures with extra-large casements without the use of an impost.

GEALAN’s ability to produce the largest structures with the best air permeability (class 4A) thanks to various valves for indoor air infiltration and rain resistance (class 7A) is well documented. The door portals sold by the company are able to withstand even the force of squally winds on the northern coast of Norway.

The company’s unique design solution is to reduce the visible width of the profile in the “blind” part of the window or door by 50%, which makes the whole structure look new in the interior. The possibility of creating a flat sash with an overlap, when the sash fits the frame, allows you to create the illusion of structural integrity and completely repeat the color of the room design.
