NEW – WDS 76

WDS 76 is a modern and technologically advanced family of profile systems for windows and doors.

Advantages for consumers: the opportunity to get a modern product with an optimal ratio of of cost and performance characteristics.

WDS 76 is a series of profiles for the production of windows and doors, as well as sliding structures.
Advantages in detail:
– The heat transfer coefficient Uf of the WDS 76 MD frame and sash section is 1.2 W/(m²K). The same Uf
value is the same for the WDS 8S sash frame (installation width 82 mm).
– The heat transfer coefficient Uf of the WDS 76 AD sash frame section is 1.3 W/(m²K).
– It is possible to install double-glazed units with a width of 48 mm, which have Ug [4i-18ar-4-18ar-4i] = 0.5 W/(m²K).
Insulating glass units with smaller widths (40 and 44 mm) have a lower Ug = 0.6 W/(m²K), and insulating glass units with larger widths (52 and 56 mm) have the same Ug = 0.5 W/(m²K).
That is, installing a 48 mm double-glazed unit is the optimal solution in terms of cost and performance. Since a double-glazed unit occupies up to 80% of the construction area, the use of a 48 mm double-glazed unit significantly improves the thermal insulation of the final product.

In addition, wider glass can be used in 48 mm double-glazed windows, which improves sound insulation and safety characteristics.
– The configuration of the reinforcement chamber allows the use of reinforcement with a high moment of inertia even with a thickness of 1.2 mm.
– The range of reinforcement for window and door profiles WDS 76 MD and WDS 76 AD, as well as two and two extensions includes only 5 items.
– The design of the profile allows you to make both sashes tilt-and-turn without the use of special hardware.
– The third sealing contour is rolled into the profile and can be easily welded and processed.
– There is no need to remove or cut the frame and third circuit seal when installing the impost.
– The sophisticated threshold sealing system allows to significantly increase the usually cold Uf value of the of the threshold sash to 1.7 W/(m²K).
– The threshold design allows the installation of hooks for reliable clamping and sealing of the lower and upper parts of the sashes.
– The threshold design provides for the installation of 70 mm wide extensions, which makes it easy to to design an assembly unit.
– Additional profiles have seals to seal the joints.
– The door leaves use closed reinforcement with longitudinal welding for for better mechanical strength.
– The leaf for doors with low opening frequency is also an impost for structures with with increased static loads.

– Universal threshold connector for window and door frames.
– The use of the new warm static connector allows structures with a height of 2.8 m (with a load width of 1.4 m) to withstand wind loads in residential buildings up to
73,5 м. This is enough for the vast majority of houses being designed in Ukraine.
