The WinkHaus activPilot hardware uses steel mushroom trunnions instead of regular cylindrical trunnions. The mushroom-shaped configuration ensures more efficient contact between the trunnion and the hook (corresponding bar) and a more secure closing.
If required, standard T-shaped hooks can be replaced with anti-burglary H-shaped hooks. In combination with mushroom-shaped trunnions, they significantly complicate any attempts to break into a metal-plastic window: the pin fits into the groove of the hook and is not squeezed out of it. This makes it possible to increase the security class of the window from the basic level to RC3, which meets European requirements for the security of window and door structures.
In addition:
- The fittings can be adjusted vertically, horizontally and for clamping in a wide range.
- It is possible to manufacture windows with a sliding opening: a hidden lever of the GASM mechanism opens at the touch of a button and is used to unlock the sash.
- The microlift, which facilitates closing the sash, and the blocker of false opening are combined in one element. The same part serves as a balcony latch.
- Elements for micro-ventilation and step-by-step airing provide effective ventilation while keeping the heat in.
