Description
This system possesses a number of features:
1) Racks and crossbars – profiles from of the same kind can also be interchangeable.
2) Aluminum shapes of racks and crossbars are optimized on the minimum weight and the maximum moments of inertia from the accounting of opportunities of modern technologies of pressing.
3) Knots of connection of crossbars with racks to a necessary minimum for vertical designs of the first floor up to 5 m high without possibility of joining of racks on height are simplified.
4) Width of front part of profiles from within a design – 48 mm, and outside – 44, 48 or 50 mm.
5) Filling of designs can be ranging from 1 mm to 38 mm.
6) A crossbar of TV2-48 system can connect to T48 racks:
– Allows to use all advantages put in front T48 system, connected with collecting condensate and moisture, and joining of racks on height;
– Allows to use the advantages of crossbars of front TV2-48 system connected with more reliable fixing of a crossbar from turn on an insert and collecting condensate under a double-glazed window.
7) Rotary profiles, clamping levels with covers, support and arms are used the same, as in T48, TF50K system.
8) In a design can be established: front windows with opening outside of TOH-4 and FOM; windows with opening in C67, C60; doors of external and internal opening of D40, S67, S60; systems of ventilation.
Moisture branch, ventilation, compensation of temperature expansions are provided in TV2-48 system.
9) The small weight and dimensions of profiles allow to use TV2-48 system for production of internal partitions.
