How the door closer works
The Geze TS 1500 door closer is designed for the automatic closing of internal swing single-leaf doors. The door closer’s characteristics allow it to be used for doors weighing up to 80 kg with a leaf width of no more than 110 cm. Installation of the closer will improve:
– Significantly reduce wear and tear on door hinges and fittings
– Protect the locking mechanism from damage
– Guarantee the door closure to increase the level of security and thermal insulation
The door closer design regulates the speed of the door leaf movement during closing and hydraulic closing. The closing force can be adjusted through a support lever.
The device supports closing forces 3 and 4 according to EN1154 (leaf widths of 950 and 1100 mm, respectively).
